How to take CBD oil?
Start slow. If you are new to CBD, take a half dropper (about 1/2ml or 15mg CBD) for one week and assess how you feel. Increase up to a full dropper (1ml or 30mg of CBD) Consult with a physician if you are taking any medications or have a medical condition. (Measurements are based on 30ml tincture containing 1000mg of CBD)
